i-mate Introduces the Smartflip Windows Mobile Smartphone
The new quad-band i-mate Smartflip combines technical functionality with sophisticated design. With a super slim clamshell exterior, full colour dual screens, etched metallic look flat keypad and luminescent backlight for easy navigation, the i-mate Smartflip packs a Windows Mobile Smartphone into a feather-light 99g packaging.

With the i-mate Smartflip running on Microsoft Windows Mobile 5.0 users have access to Microsoft Direct Push technology which provides up to the minute access to Outlook email, calendar, contacts, and tasks all constantly in sync with an Exchange Server or synchronised on demand to a desktop.

The addition of a range of ClearVue document viewers including Word, Excel, PDF & Powerpoint makes this device a complete package for those doing business on the run.

The i-mate Smartflip also features Hotmail, MSN Messenger, Internet Explorer Mobile and Windows Media Player Mobile, while an in-built 1.3 Megapixel camera, camcorder, MP3 player and interactive gaming add to its attractions as a mobile source of entertainment.

The new i-mate Smartflip is available now across the Middle East and later around the world. It connects to GPRS/EDGE networks for data and supports quad-band (850/900/1800/1900MHz) communications for voice.

It comes with 64MB Flash ROM for storage and 64MB RAM for program execution. Memory can be expanded through microSD cards. The phone is also Bluetooth compatible.
