The popular calcPad for Pocket PC, a calculator with annotations, has been updated. The new calcPad 1.7 now includes power functions, +- switch, new buttons and performance optimisations.
The software allows users to keep track of calculations performed, exactly like on older machines with paper tape.
Calculations are listed consecutively and the software simulates the paper tape. Each calculation process may easily be followed and can be changed retroactively. The user can move through the calculation by scrolling and change the data – calcPad corrects its result immediately.
calcPad works with words too. Single positions may be annotated and results may be summarized and analyzed in a paragraph.
Calculations built by calcPad may be saved as text-files and may be printed with comments. They may be used as patterns by simply changing the figures at the accordingly positions.
