Microsoft has released the Beta 3 of Internet Explorer 7 for for Windows XP, Windows XP Professional x64 Edition, and Windows Server 2003.
This release cannot be downloaded for Windows Vista, which has its own version, Internet Explorer 7+.
Internet Explorer 7 beta 3 adds only a couple of new things to the previous feature complete Beta 2, including the latest security releases from Microsoft. The most important new addition is the ability to drag and reorder tabs. Also restored by popular demand is the read mail button to the command bar.
Beta 3 has also been polished up with new icons and graphics. Internet Explorer 7 Beta 3 in fact is considered good and stable enough that it can be used for general consumption.
