The Bluetooth SDK is now included in the Palm OS 5 SDK (68K) R2 DR2. Download and install Palm OS 5 SDK (68K) R2 DR2.
After you install this SDK the Bluetooth header files are found in: Palm OS Support\Incs\Extensions\Bluetooth\ and Bluetooth documentation is in the documents:
