Toshiba says the RRP for its new "white hot über cool" Portégé R400 notebook in New Zealand will be $4,325 less GST ($4,865.63 including), and it's available now for those of you with deep wallets.
Apart from the design of the R400, it features a Sideshow panel that provides a small window displaying things like email notifications. See Mauricio Freitas' blog for further details on the feature.
Unfortunately, Toshiba's Australian website to which the NZ one redirects is thin on details for the R400, but here are the specs for the notebook in case you wonder what the money buys:
