Are you feeling ok with your MS based Smartphone?
This article on ComputerWeekly shows the frustations of a user when trying to use the MS Windows based Orange SPV.

Once I was talking to a friend and said exactly the same as the frustated writer puts in this article: people buy mobile phones because of the basic functionality. Users know the little things work. Nokia sells millions of mobile phones because their are reliable and consistent in the way they behave.

The author tells us what happens when the phone decides to behave in a different way - and like a computer they do!
