GeoKron
Geokron is now available on version 2.0, through Handango. This program is another world clock, showing the local time in cities throughout the world. It automatically adjusts for daylight savings time and a today screen plug-in is included.

It allows for simultaneous display of the local time in 5 cities around the world. The user can choose from a list of over 500 cities. With GeoKron, you can also customize your Today screen to show the local times for any 2 to 5 cities that you choose.

You can change time zones as you travel: one tap on a city changes the settings of the Pocket PC to the new city's time zone. You are in New York, and need to make a phone call when it is 5PM in London? No problem with GeoKron, it lets you set an alarm in one easy step!

New for version 2.0:

  • Zoom-in world map
  • New graphics are derived from NASA satellite pictures of the world. City lights are shown in dark areas. Zoom in on cities to see more detail.
  • Designed for Pocket PC Logo Certification
  • GeoKron is now certified by Microsoft to be designed for Pocket PC
  • More cities
  • Now choose from a database of over 500 cities
  • Clear Type is now used on devices that support Clear Type
