The Ericsson Telecom Report site is now listing tow videos (07:20 each) about video on wireless. Interviews with Leonardo Chiariglione - "The father of MPEG4".
The video talks about features and business opportunities of MPEG-4. The MPEG-4 format makes it possible to distribute multi media content to any device, by almost any means of distribution to any part of the world.
Leonardo Chiariglione, Head of Multimedia Research Dep of Telecom Italia Lab, guides us through the MPEG-4 ecosystem. Sebastian Moeritz of the MPEG-4 Industry Forum and Kishore Lulla of Bollywood 4 U talks about applications enabled by the standard.
