A friend pointed to some resources where reviews and comments on the new Pocket PC OS 2003 are available.

The first link, at inges-pda.net tell us something lots of people wanted to know: yes, Pocket PC 2003 can run in existing devices, like the H5450, and an upgrade path exists.

The second link, at pc-counselor.com contains more information in general and comments on usability.
