New Zealand-based Fronde Systems Group Ltd, has announced its membership in Amazon’s Partner Network Programme.
Working in cooperation with Amazon in its Partner Network Programme, Fronde sets to increase efficiency, scalability, and cost savings for customers through the use of Amazon’s highly agile environment. It also allows for Fronde to leverage greater technical expertise to architect and build public cloud solutions.
Amazon Web Services provides a reliable, scalable, low-cost infrastructure platform in the cloud that powers hundreds of thousands of businesses in 190 countries around the world.
“We are excited about the opportunities this partnership with Amazon presents to transform our clients' business, and are finding that there is a growing understanding of the empowerment that Amazon’s highly reliable, elastic, scalable, low-cost infrastructure platform can offer” says Ian Clarke, Fronde’s CEO.
In addition to the economic benefits of Cloud Computing, AWS also offers customers operational advantages; setting up infrastructure in minutes, completing massive computational projects with a large number of resources quickly, and scaling architecture up and down to provide the IT resources required.
Fronde’s existing market successes with Amazon include Snapper’s transport system smart card, and Mighty River Power’s GLO-BUG prepay electricity platform. Fronde is working to become an advanced partner in Amazon’s partner network programme, and as an early adopter, is already working through the first series of project proposals.
