hey im back already ive finally got the full error warning that was coming up on my laptop
Windows/System32/lsass.exe terminated unexpected link with status code 107374819 the system will now shut down and restart.

I think you have the sasser worm in your laptop. You should frequently visit the Windows Update site, at least once a month.

Also you should run the Malicious Software Removal tool now.

You should also have an AntiSpyware installed. Microsoft Windows Defender is free and works well. And of course an Antivirus. I use and recommend Avast, which is free for home users.

And practice safe computing.
