Is anyone else offended by the stupidity of the latest XT Network TV ad? It's the one where Hammond tears up the pricing plan and compares the speed of sending a Pxt...

... with a jet boat!!?!

Please! That's like comparing the terminal velocity of an unladen swallow (African or American - it doesn't matter) with how long it takes the bloke in the next office to smell one of your farts - totally unrelated and irrelevant!

I can't find the ad on youtube, but did find this one.

This is already discussed here so please continue there - including a link to the ad you couldn't find.

As for the other link you posted at the end it says "Cellular service at it's (sic) best" and "Shouldn't have your can on a string" - incredible that someone would criticize the service quality even before launch (this video is old).

Then it shows "The best in archaic technology". Obviously whoever created that video has no idea of telecommunications - HSDPA/HSUPA/HSPA+ is as new as it can get.

It is just another attempt from people with no knowledge to discredit whatever company they don't like at the moment... I wonder if they actually tried the service after the video was created.
