How to set this up.....
You will need to setup 2 data accounts and one "mms" account
Call first data account "VFNZ GW" (for a normal WAP phone and make MMS use this account)
Call second "VFNZ Internet" (for email and laptop data)

For WAP & MMS you need to set it to data account "VFNZ GW"
for everything else you need to set to "VFNZ Internet"


IMPORTANT... GO THROUGH SETUP DATA ACCOUNTS AND FOLLOW THE SUGGESTED ENTRIES EXACTLY:!



if it asks for "apn","access point name"
live.vodafone.com <---- For a normal WAP or PXT setup [VFNZ GW]
www.vodafone.net.nz <----- For eMail client setup, data through your Laptop [VFNZ Internet]

if it asks for "ip","internet protocol"
172.030.038.003 (don't put in anything for a 3g phone!!!)
172.030.038.003:9201 <---Only rarely and only if above does not work!!!!!!

if it asks for "PORT","Port number"
9201, 09201 (Whatever fits)

if it asks for "home page","start page"
live.vodafone.com

if it asks for "connection type","access method"
GPRS (never CSD)

if it asks for "username","accessname"
MUST be blank, IE: nothing entered

if it asks for "password","passcode"
MUST be blank, IE: nothing entered

if it asks for "MMS server","mms URL", "Multimedia relay", "mms relay", "mmsRelay", "relay server URL"

For the MMS, set the IP's to the same as above.
