In June 07, I connected with Woosh to provide internet and phone. The website states the service is available at my address. I did get it connected with a booster antenna. Overall, the service was OK, however for about the past two months I have not been able to get a consistent connection. I am nearly resetting the modem every day, and when I can connect its only for a short time before I get cut off (both net and phone). Today a technician came in, and advised, the service is not availabe for me, unless I move my PC to the laundry.............. He then said that perhaps something could be done via my roof, however I would have to pay $150.00

The website indicated that for upfront cost of $200 for equip, and then ongoing monthly charge of $37.95 per month, I can have internet and phone, but this is not the case for me.

I have said I am not prepared to invest any further in trying to receive the service I am already paying for, so he advised that he will send my account for disconnection, and someone will be in touch with me.

Anyone else had such issues with a different outcome?
