got new speakers for christmas and they are sony 2.1 multimedia speaker system when i got the speakers the big plug that looks like a keyboard plug that plugs into the subwoofer had some plastic that stuck over the edge of the plug in so i cut it out so the plug could fit it fit and the left satelite speaker wont turn on so i can hear sound help me
