Hi All,

I have been to and fro with WXC trying to unlock the second line on my WRTP but it remains locked out.

It seems unable to pick up a new config which unlocks the second line. A factory reset didn't help as the voice section remained locked.

Has anyone successfully unlocked their second line?

did you do a complete factory reset so that you could put in the default provsioning rule ? ie could you get the Voice /Admin / provisioning section after you did the reset.

If not

Then try this put a phone on line 1,

dial ****
You will hear a prompt "linkys config menu"

press 73738#

you will hear press 1 to confrim

press 1


This factory defaults the voice section, you can  then ccess the voice section and put the default rule back in.

See how you go with this

Thanks for the reply. I have done as you suggested but it asks me for a password after 73738#

Okay I can fix that,  restart you device wait a couple of minutes then try it again
