OK. So This speedtouch 530 is causing me alot of stress, distress and mostly anger.

The problems started when, on my ps3, i couldnt get to NAT type 2 which meant limited chat and communication features to friends. My uncle came over and fixed that. Problem solved. Or so I thought...

I was told I had double NAT, which is when the router and the modem are conflicting, by Ragnor. I followed the guide he linked me HERE- http://forums.whirlpool.net.au/forum-replies-archive.cfm/933517.html
BUT, instead of both the IP addresses reverting to the one suggested by pete, they reverted to the IP address of the speedtouch 530.

Now, whenever I try to do anything on the internet except look at web pages through browser, it does not work.

NOTE: The problem is solved AT TIMES but is very unreliable when i can connect on the ps3. And this problem doesnt occur just on the ps3 because when I try to play online games on my computer they dont connect, connect then disconnect, or have immeasurable amounts of lag.

PLEASE HELP. I was having no problems yesterday and now its just failing...

That sounds odd..

What is LAN ip address of the Speedtouch 530 currently?
What is the LAN ip address of the Cisco WRT120N currently?

10.0.0.138. They both have this IP. Im pretty sure this was my IP before I got the cisco router aswell...

Well that's definitely a problem, the lan ip address of the wireless router needs to be in the same range (eg: 10.0.0.x) but it should not be exactly the same as the address of the Thomson.

In the Cisco WRT120N:

 - Change the lan ip address of the Cisco to something else, eg: 10.0.0.254

In the Speedtouch 530:

- Change the DHCP range given out to be 10.0.0.1 to 10.0.0.253 so that it doesn't try and give out .254 out to any other PC's or devices.
