Hi There!

I thought I'd post here in case someone knew of space to lease that wasn't being actively advertised.

We are interested in 130m2-150m2 of Office Space in the city fringe. Would consider bigger but our budget would likely prevent that.

Requirements:

In UFB Zone or Coming very soon with VDSL Compatibility
Prefer Ground Floor
Secure
Cabled.
3 Carparks with Off street or Short term Visitor parking for at least 1

Areas of Interest:

Grafton, Newmarket, Eden Terrace, Great North Road (City End), Mt Eden, Epson.

If you know of any space, please feel free to PM me.

Hey, have you listed a price, location and how much shipping would be to other parts of New Zealand? Also if you are asking for a PM make sure your Privacy settings allow your account to receive PM otherwise people can't contact you. Also note if you are selling something we ask you to offer to other members first. Links to private sales (including Trade Me posts) aren't accepted anymore and will be removed.

It's worth noting I would consider a larger space and subletting if the space could be separated to still allow us our privacy.

are you still after space? I know of something which might be of interest (corner of Queen St & K Road, fibre, ground floor or 1st floor, secure underground carpark with dedicated spaces and lift access).

Ah I meant to come back and say I found something.  Thanks for thinking of me for the space.
