I'll probably have to open the box to get the Forza Code out, but other than that it will be brand new unused console with all the accessories. I can forward on the invoice for warranty purposes as well. $300

Unfortunately Evolve and Deus Ex have terrible resale value, otherwise I'd offer it for less.

True, there's absolutely nothing wrong with it. I had a launch console and it never skipped a beat. However, given the current prices (not a huge difference), I'd go with the slim for the internal power brick, 4k etc.
