Hi, I am trying to help set up an older style sky decoder motorola dth325-4 and need to change the lnb settings but cannot access the advanced settings where I assume they are. It asks for a 4 digit password but I do not have a manual and all my google searches have been fruitless. I have tried 0000 as suggested in one of my searches and tried to reset decoder as found in another search but am still on square one. The decoder works on a single lnb dish but I want to set it up on a dual lnb dish. Any help is greatly appreciated. Cheers

I'm pretty sure it will be 0759 (=0SKY).

It could be anything depends on that the owners or installer set them to, easier to just call sky and get them to reset it, takes all of 2min.

Thank you for the replies, I shall try the number suggested. I will hold off on calling Sky as my "friend" is some boys at a local boarding school and the card came from one of their homes and I did not ask where the box came from. The dish of course was left behind by Sky as they seem to do all over the country but the boxes it seems they treat like gold. Cheers

Success!!! Thanks to all for their input to my problem especially grant_k as this was the right one and fortunately it made sense to me and was the first one I tried. The end result is a lot of happy boys (went straight to the sports channels) Cheers
