Shift work would be the norm. For example Vodafone are at work and providing Customer support right now.

frankv: We have been having the same kind of thing. At about 6pm we often can't get TV1, 2, or 3. Other channels usually work OK. About 7pm it comes right again. My guess is that it is something to do with the position of the sun relative to the satellite.
This all started happening in the last few weeks.
