Just trying to get Lightbox working on my ipad and it tells me I have a user/password problem, although I can login successfully on my laptop and also the iPad Safari browser (though I cant watch tv programs on iPad Safari -it directs me to the iPad App

I have the 12month Spark subscription.
I've followed the points from the Lightbox helpdesk, though they have repeated themselves, and given me odd suggestions other times (like clearing cookies, which apps won't have)
- Reinstalled the Lightbox App
- Upgrade Lightbox App to the latest version
- Upgrade iOS version to latest
- Close and reopen the App
- Clear my cookies
- Connected to hotspot on our two degrees mobile, to see if its a problem with our Spark wifi
Any suggestions appreciated, as Lightbox helpdesk seem at a loss
