Here at Lightbox, we’re keen to hear about what you think of our service, and listen to suggestions and issues you may have.

The Lightbox product team has changed recently. We are:

@simonlb – Simon looks after the Lightbox web experience, iOS (iPhone & iPad, including Chromecast) and Apple TV
@GeorgefromLightbox – George looks after the Android apps (including Chromecast via Android), and all smart TVs (Samsung, Sony, Panasonic & LG)

We’re here to help! As before, for the more run-of-the-mill stuff (billing/account issues and the like), we recommend getting in touch with our support team first via help@lightbox.co.nz.

Pffffffffft, They are also not even man enough to diversify and accept the challenges of other PS games beyond Fifa.

e.g. Mortal Kombat, The Dong Game (Flickky knows all about this one - it's her favourite game)

Hey, great to have you guys available to people in a public forum.

Spoke with Kym on Wednesday, seemed like there is a genuine interest for Lightbox to expand beyond being just a Spark value-add, which is promising. Looking forward to further dialogue with your assurance team to ensure great Lightbox experiences regardless of what ISP the end-user is on.

Been enjoying Suits S5 via Chromecast :)
