We have a strange issue on our Galaxy tab 4 lightbox app when you select a show to watch you don't get the list of episodes to play thus you can't select anything to play. I tried it on various shows but no joy. Any advice on what's happening there, I seem to have the latest version of the app.
If anyone is interested, this is the fix lightbox provided that worked.
We have found that watching the beginning of 10 new and different shows (just a few seconds of each) on a different device should fix the issue. Before doing this, please log out of the device experiencing the issue. After purging your "Recently Watched” list by watching a couple of seconds from 10 episodes, each from a different show, go back to the device that has been experiencing this issue and try watching a show again.
