I'm not a My Sky customer (just have the standard package) but found this online:

https://skytv.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/skytv.cfg/php/enduser/doc_serve.php?2=Installationp1

I never got sent it but found it while trawling their FAQs one day.

Hope this helps,

Here's our chance hit them with this and any opther complaints
Why cant we select channels we want to subscribe too. Why should we have to pay for channels we never watch.

I have already done the survey, and those points where the exacts ones I raised when asked what could be better about MySky.  Having someway to get the programs off the unit and in a format playing by a PC would be the holy grail, but even just having an external drive would vastly increase the ability to sotre programs.

Oh, and continuing on this thought, having a better interface to the recorded programs rather than just one long list, something along the lines of Media Center's DVD menu system.

Kinda pointless doing a survey otherwise.

Some of the features they asked about look a lot like Tivo(TM).  So I'm assuming that if there is enough interest and not too much commercial pain involved we may see some.
