Hello!

ESPN on SkyTV sucks badly: Instead of 'normal' commercials, they merely show the same ESPN promotional clips over and over and over again. After two or three commercial breaks you have seen them all and from then on it's just a mind-numbing endless repetition for every commercial break. Dreadful!

The Super Bowl of course is known for creative and funny ads. In the US, at least. While I will be able to see the game live on ESPN here, is there any chance I could catch at least the commercials as well? Even if in relatively low quality over the Internet?

Basically, watch the game action on TV and during a break, use a laptop to see the ads live? I'm not expecting to catch the entire game over the Internet, since the quality wouldn't be good enough for that.

Just the ads? Anywhere online, live? Please?

Or alternatively: Dear ESPN (or Sky or whoever is responsible): Please stop making your commercial breaks so utterly unbearable and show something (anything!) that is even remotely of interest!

I can still recall the squeaking of the guy with the overly tight tie telling us all about how fantastic the soccer matches would be ... every ad break during the superbowl. Nice.

I wouldn't be entirely offended if we got to see some shots of the cheerleaders, as well.

The rights (music & talent etc) are usually not cleared for this or other markets as the domestic broadcasts are only available domestically (obviously) you probably have a good chance of seeing the commercials on You tube.

if you find the USA feed from CBS they will show the adds and you may be suprised how good the quality is

the streams will be on closer to the kickoff and you may need to download some software though ,its all on the site

CBS is making all of the commercials available online at the conclusion of the game.

You, sir, are awesome! This is EXACTLY what I was looking for! I was able to find one of the channels there carrying the CBS feed with the various US commercials and the necessary client for it was even available for Linux! Excellent!

Ok, so there was around a 1 minute delay and the commercials were not as good as usual (still OK though and definitely better what ESPN on Sky has to offer). But still. Awesome!
