I'm sure you are. It's the cleaner. Needed somewhere to plug the vacuum cleaner in.

Hmmmm. Maybe need to spend some of that additional $15M allocated today on reliability enhancements? wink

Or just install a spare power point for the cleaner! ;-)

Seems the site is slowly coming back to life.

Sort of.

There's an incorrectly implemented call that overloading a database as we've seen usage increase dramatically. The platform should be fully capable of dealing with the load once the issue has been fixed. We're currently rolling the fix into production, which is accelerated compared to the original plan.

Move to New Zealand's best fibre broadband service (affiliate link). Free setup code: R587125ERQ6VE. Note that to use Quic Broadband you must be comfortable with configuring your own router.

Nice to have a technical response... rather than a general statement

Well, not the kind of thing I'd post on Facebook, but I recon there'd be some interest in here.

Not something we can blame on the cleaner, though.

Increased demand - It's the Better Call Saul effect. Luckily it's still available on Netflix UK.

Get more good shows Lightbox and I will stay with you at the end of my 12 free months...

Pfft... Just a minor inconvenience. Didn't take too long to sort it out. Good effort team.

[ joke ] You know, you could have blamed the non-existent cleaner. ;-) [ /joke ]

I too am the 12 months free and so far have been mightly impressed with the quality of the content and the quality of the image. 1000 times better than the crappy image I get with premierleaguepass.com.

Since this last minor issue, my 'Previously Watched' list isn't updating. Nothing major but just giving feedback. After watching an episode (if I get logged out due to pausing it too long) I'm currently having to find the program the slow way to get to the next episode. First world problem, I know!
