dont know if its related or not but for the past few days a message has come up .......to continue watching go to igloo and get a channel pack,,,,,, which I did 10 days ago
once changed channel a few times things come right ,,,,but when the message is there animal planet becomes tvnz pop up

There has been a fault with Channel packs over the last few days but apparently it has now been resolved

Here is a crazy notion, lets give peace a chance.

sbiddle: Igloo was a great concept - sell a STB for customers for ASO at a good price and give them a few extra channels and PPV options. The problem was Igloo hit the market a year too late and at the wrong price. Ultimately stock did sell when they cut the price, but that was too late to shift volume.

I thought that was Sky TV's business model?

Bugger - I bought an Igloo box a year or two ago for one of my tenants who didn't want it in the end, so it is still in the box in my garage. I am moving house in a couple of weeks and was thinking it's an opportune time to ditch the Sky and start using Igloo as most of the channels I watch are available on there anyway, so I can stop paying for all the dozens of channels I never watch.

If they are planning to get rid of Igloo that is going to ruin all my cost saving plans lol.
