I just reset my password with the (after) upgrade. They were so concerned with the password change, that they sent me an email from
'Do not reply@lightbox.co.nz' asking if it was indeed me who changed the password.
I wonder where I should reply?

I was hoping they would fix the Android TV App so it would work on all Android TV Devices. When I side load it on my Mi Box it works until you press play then you get an error. The Tablet version works fine but you need a mouse to use it.

Lightbox still not functioning on 2013 Samsung TV, message says will be functioning again Thursday afternoon 17th May. Will check back later, perhaps it should read 'Thursday evening'.

Ditto - was wondering if it was just my Samsung :-). At least they thanked me for my patience!

Would you have a link to the new .apk per chance?

Here’s the link for the latest Android TV Version released today:
https://m.apkpure.com/lightbox-nz-android-tv/nz.co.lightbox.androidtv

As I said it won’t load video on my Mi Box but the rest of the app works.
I haven’t tried it on my nvidia shield so I don’t know if it’s just a Mi box problem.

Well hooray. It used to work on my phone. Now it doesn't.

Thanks Lightbox.

So is it confirmed the newly released app doesn't work on the shield TV? Really?!

Website borked / more or less unreachable here (on win 10 HTPC).

I'm not the only one, downdetector is showing a peak in reported issues.

It's not (just) an app/smartTV app issue - it's borked on Chrome and IE.

It did partly load and I appear to be logged in, but the front page isn't loading.

Says it's not compatible if I download it from the play store?

Mixed experience so far, after the update.

Lightbox is now broken in my Sony Bravia TV.

The Android app (v3) crashes at the Welcome screen on my Huawei P20 Pro.

It does work on my SGS 8+ and Nexus 5x.

But right now the Lightbox server seems to be on its face because I can't login from any device.

20:15 May 17th.

Might just BT the show. I've already paid to access and can't.

Update: My Sony TV now says "Sorry, something went wrong. Lightbox is having some work done on it. We'll be back soon - check later!"
