I'm using one of the cheapish Aliexpress hdmi-DVB-T modulators - search there for "HDMI DVB-T Modulator Convert HDMI Extender signal to digital DVB-T HDMI TO DVB-T"
I only need one as only inject Sky decoder into the house's TV cable distribution. These things don't seem to do HDCP so you need to strip that out with a cheap HDMI splitter or similar. That's a PITA as you end up with double the power supplies and a mess of wires, but it seems to work perfectly and has been running for months without issue.
You select the UHF output channel via dip switches, so I would assume that if you had more than one of these, you could inject them all with different channels using a diplexer.
The cheap aliex ones dont do LCNs when I last had a play with one. This meant that some TVs would not show the channels, others put them on stupid numbers that you have no ability to move them around to a more sensible number without turning LCN on the TV off which made all sorts of other junk channels get in the list.
Yeah, my parents are also getting the "The broadcasters signal information has changed, a DTV rescan will start to update this info [yes /no buttons]" on their samsung as well. I've not had time to look into why or a work around yet....

That can probably be turned off in the services menus
