you can purchase more than one decoder box from sky so you do not have to shift the decoder from room to room.

Yeah i tried 2.4Ghz wireless video transmitter and it was rubbish.

Out of interest, what types of outputs do the base sky digital boxes and the mysky hdi boxes offer?
- Do the do the full range of composite rca, svideo, component via rca/scart and hdmi?
- And do the outputs all work at once, or is it only one at a time?

Just run the feed to your bedroom and then get an infra-red eye back to the STB and take your remote to bed at night. That way you can change your sky channel in bed but still have freedom of 1,2,3 otherwise.
Youll need the eye and some cat 6 and a wee power pack to run it.
