Haha, i used that loosely.
Its no different than taking it to your holiday home though. And there was no objection to that when i called to check.
As i was advised then, and am looking into now, its the satelite that is not covered under the warranty agreement.

I completely understand your point however.

Yeah seriously you're not allowed to do that at all. The other room obviously has to be in the same house. There are no if buts or maybes with that.

If the water cooled it down and it worked then the lnb is your problem. The dual/oval sky ones are failing at the moment so you need to replace it. It's as simple as that.

If it's an oval one then you'd be best to replace with a 10750 lnb so you don't have to adjust the settings inside the SKY box.

Plan B. Take your lnb off, move it to the legit location, swap it over and have them call for free assistance.....

Noted, will return the decoder to its origional location and seek satelite reapir independantly.
