Here is the answer straight from skytv's website:

Why is Fashion TV no longer part of SKY TV's channel line up?

l43a2: haha, so they add ESPN back into sport package and put the price up... nice..

Actually, because of the change Sky are cutting $5 off. That's rather nice of them to do that.

This is where I got my info from.

Perfect, fully agree with the change, it is about time they charge sport fans for sport rather than everyone.  The $7 reflects that everyone does not subscribe to the sport package.  Next they should group the music channels as an option.  I would also support grouping documentary channels as an option, something we would support and subscribe to if we can unsubscribe to stuff we are not interested in.

Yes, it is sad to see it go again. I watched it a lot. I liked it because it was superficial and inconsequential. The collections were nice, my wife and I would watch them and comment on which ones we liked. And of course the swimwear collections were nice!

It was dropped before, too, and brought back on May 1, 2007. Now it's gone again. Good thing I recorded some of it, so I can still watch some now.

There was no notice I was aware of. The sky site still advertises it! (at least it did on the morning of may 1, which was when I checked)
