I emailed fanpass support and they replied with this

"The promotional code Fanpassrwc5 for 75% Off Weekly SS 1-4, was available from September 16 until September 26,2015. That promotional code is now invalid is will not be able to be applied to a purchase."

I referred them to the email they sent me which said Sunday, so will wait and see what they reply with

I have emailed also. There appears to be no limitations to numbers mentioned.

Yeah I'm doing (well hope I'm doing, still waiting) the live chat option. Will see where that goes.

The wording on the email definitely indicates it should still be valid now.

Very disappointing for Sky to mess around their customers like this. But honestly, who needs Fanpass for the RWC?

Guess it depends which day you consider midnight belongs to. Sounds like they are saying it had to be Saturday (i.e. before the midnight between Saturday and Sunday) but that doesn't explain why people couldn't use it on the 26th.

I actually thought Sky might be starting to change their ways when Fan pass came out, and was keen to give it a go first when they had the 7 day trial code, and then with the above $5 deal... but, neither of the codes worked as advertised and I still haven't been able to try it. Meh, same old Sky I guess.
