Yes, but assuming that you are already a subscriber, Lightbox are not losing out on your custom if you don’t happen to watch on your iPhone X.

 

It's a freebie on my account.  So technically you're right.  But like most streaming providers their ability to get content to stream will be reflective of their ability to get their customers to watch it.

The other problem with relying on usage stats to decide if/when to add iPhone X support is that they are currently offering a sub par viewing experience on iPhone X, so many people (myself included) won't use their iPhone X for Lightbox until it is fixed. This will result in misleading stats as possibly many more people would watch on iPhone X if the experience was optimised.
