BigHammer: Can we please get an update on the device logging issue from Lightbox? As with others I see multiple devices called "PC Computer" in my device list, yet have only accessed Lightbox from one computer. Obviously it's not the device itself that you log. This seriously needs to be looked at. Even non-geek households have multiple devices so you're going to get hit with a barrage of complaints as new users come on board.
Wouldn't be a problem if the 1 item deletion per 30 day limit didn't exist.

If you are browsing incognito or clearing out all cached content when closing your browser, the multiple registration issue happens. This is intrinsic to the way we track devices and not likely to change in the foreseeable future. If you won't allow us to track your device, we can't recognise it and ultimately we can't offer you our service (since you'll load up your device limit).
We've had a handful of support cases around the issue and it isn't common at all. We generally advise people to either change their settings for their browser or download another browser that they can use exclusively for Lightbox.
