The only difference i can see with steve2222s box is that his Build is once-user 6.0.1 MOB31Z 1304

and my 2 Mi Boxes are once-user 6.0.1 MOB31Z 1901

Just checked my other MiBox and it is also 1304

Sorry, no such listing under my DRM Info (as stated above I have no idea why my DRM Info display looks so different from other posters).

@Dial111 - in the backlog, yes, along with 5.1 sound

People have been wanting 5.1 audio for a few years now. The Lightbox website said on 15 November 2017 that some content will have 5.1 audio. Lightbox FB support confirmed this, but could not tell me any specific TV titles with 5.1 audio when I asked. Even worse is that I'm told that Lightbox has no plans to even flag which content has 5.1 audio.

https://help.lightbox.co.nz/article/Does-Lightbox-support-5-1--audio

Lightbox has never had 5.1

The issue is that we thought it did, until it was proven otherwise. We did that in early 2017.

Ok, please arrange for the update of that webpage I linked and your customer support team with that info.

Yep I am using that app - just sent the developer an email with the two different display images.

Can confirm that is the same version of Android System Webview as on my MiBox.

@steve2222 If You have a system update available then i wouldn't install it.

That maybe the reason you can watch lightbox.

No - only browser is Puffin (which I hardly ever use) - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cloudmosa.puffinTV

Yeah there is an update waiting that says it fixes either You Tube or You Tube TV (Can't remember which) but I read stuff on the web about it causing some problem with installing apps - so I have not installed it as YT seems fine without it.

I have a beelink gt ultimate android box, before the recent update lightbox worked, now it opens but won't play. Says video playback not supported on device.

Android 7. Any suggestions?

@georgefromlightbox Any news on the video playback issue for Huawei Mate 8 running Android 8.0.0 as a friend has just told me that it was working ok up until 23rd May but today they have the video playback issue.

@georgefromlightbox I have updated the app on a PS4 (that I won from Lightbox, ironically enough) and am having none of the issues that I was having on the PS3.
