Mine is clear an easy to read, although wife funds it a bit hard. Danny plasma full HD 50" I can see on a 40, that the thin lines would starr getting a bit thin and if its not full HD would be tougher.

I upgrade about an hour ago via the key combination and I didn't seem to have any issues and no problems with the quality of the onscreen stuff.

I only issues is it seems slow.. sluggish.. compared to the older version.

kiwipearls: Not so sure yet.  Depends how long and often you pause a show and then you need to know current time tooo lol (which is there also).  Time remaining was much better info.  We know the units have the ability to show that, so why they removed it is anyones guess.


@kiwipearls it updates its self all the time, and you also get the total time of the program from the info button + when you hit pause/fast forward it shows you how long the program has been going from the start.

you can either work out how long is left, or it tells you when it will finish. pretty much the same as how long remaining.
