If we take the similar price points and generalise diff brands of the handphones.  What's your view on this?

With my limited experience I find LG has the better keyboard.  Nexus without the branded software if you like that.  Some of the chinese phones may be less polished but are better in the hardware dept certainly better bang for dollar.

Thanks.

I have no faith in Android vendors (other than Google Nexus/Pixel) providing bloat free software with timely/reliable updates for an acceptable product lifetime.

I was wondering why the OP then started talking about the quality of a keyboard - then I realised that the word was "handphones" (a word that I've never heard in my life), not "headphones"!

Or, to put it another way, the OP is asking about cellphones.

I read it wrong too. Never heard of 'handphones' before, except secon hand phones.

Well now that I've had a chance to re-read the OP I look like a doink for saying headphones but if you just change headphones to Cellphones and sound to feel the statement is still valid

If you watch the Graham Norton Show you'd know this piece of trivia "Most Europeans prefer the term “mobile phone.” In German-speaking Europe – Austria, Germany, and Switzerland – a mobile phone is called ein Handy."

In Singapore they call them handphones :)

Keyboard as meaning the input keypad.  I just went into my settings and it does say "keyboard" swipe keyboard or google keyboard.
