Just the glass is cracked, screen is not affected. I believe I can just replace the glass which is like $10 but when I ask for it to be serviced they tell me they will only replace the whole screen for $350+.

Even if I buy the glass myself as nobody has it in-stock, is anyone able to service it for under $200?

Such a shame I cracked it just when I'm about to sell it.

I assume the glass + LCD are fused on the OnePlus 6, and if so, there's a good reason why nobody wants to touch it. Glass only repairs generally require thousands of dollars of tools to do correctly, and is extremely difficult and risky.

I would look on somewhere like AliExpress for the display assembly with frame included. They seem to be about $130 USD/$200NZ. We don't usually service OnePlus phones but I've done one for a friend - it's a relatively straightforward repair with the right part.
