It is not yet publically available on Telecom and will onlt work with the 2 Sanyo handsets that support Push To Talk.

Vodafone launch Push To Talk on Monday, Telecom haven't yet announced a release date but since they're probably very annoyed that Vodafone bet them to it first so I'd expect a launch probably within the next few weeks.
