I got given a NEC E228 mobile that was bought from 3 in the united kingdom but I have put the wrong lock code password in too many times and now can't do anything with it.

The manual says I have to take it to a 3 store to get it flashed, does anyone know if it can be done in NZ or any way of doing it myself?
