hi i brought a nec e616 ( to match my laptop) and find it doesnt have the setting for video calling.
can anyone help me, i phoned vodafone and they say that i need to take it into a shop and have it reset and
even then it may not work.. .

Is this a Vodafone phone or imported one? Even the imported ones should work with voice, SMS, MMS and video call - but not necessarily with Vodafone live! media content.

If it's an imported phone you should ask the dealer to configure it, otherwise Vodafone stores (which are third party owned and operated) will charge for the service.

thank you for that ,, no i brought it thru trade me , second hand. 
the person selling brought it in aussie and just upgraded ,he never
used the video calling so never had it set correctly.
