ok i am not sure if i am allowed to post this or not well we will soon find out aye? i couldn't find where they keep they chat rules on this website if you want chep ringtones and you are on the vodafone network then go to this website on your mobiles wap browser www.3733.com please note that some of the ringtones on the site are not compatible woth all mobile phones did anyone else no about this website?

i hope this post doesn't get delted i mean vodafone still makes moeny off the data useage

Why would you go for "chep" ringtones, when you can get them for free?

cos the only way i no how to get them for free is via inferred and sometimes the tones a locked and can't be sent. why do yuou no an other way to get them for free?

i have had a look only ways that i can see is useing a ringtone composer and my phone doesn't have one that you can enter the keypres codes or useing a data cable. listen mate r you going to help me?

Sure thing.....Go to google.co.nz type "free polyphonic ringtones" and click I'm feeling lucky.

tryed it i need a data cable or infered on my computer and i don't have one. that's me i can't get them so much for google

cheap ringtones are not always what they seem.

for a user who is learning, they might accidentally browse around on wap, maybe screw up a download or five, and generally spend more on WAP charges than if they had just bought one from the operator....

Bluetooth and IRing are great ways to go for free ringtones, but otherwise, i just stick to the operators offerings...

There's a reason why I would never purchase cheap ringtones: scam. Some companies may be ok, but most of the times what you are purchasing is a subscription service. Read the fine print on those TV ads for example. It's something like $2 per ringtone, but in small letters they say you are also subscribing to their service, which sends you up to three of four new messages every week, each costing you those $2.

I had e-mails from people asking what to do, since this can get into a quite havy bill every month.

The best thing to do? Invest that money in a cable and do your own ringtones, or use the ones from the mobile operator.

There's no such a thing as free lunch, anywhere in the world.
