It was locked. I used FreeGee to unlock it. Now the volume up and power button combination brings me to a screen that allows "start" normal, recovery or "restart bootloader".
Ideas now? I have 10A Jelly Bean installed. Rooted. Bootloader unlocked. Using Minimal ADB and Fastboot I fastboot 10A Euro baseband and still no signal on phone. This phone on the box shows Taiwan. Maybe I try that? Does it depend on what software version is installed?
