The Sanyo screen is bigger than the tx115c screen (the tx115 screen is considerably smaller than its predecessor)

No sorry, I only have printed pre-sales info.

Also - look out for a dual CDMA/GSM chipset phone next year........... (on TNZ even!)

Well once i buy my next phone it'll be the last one in a while so hopefully the Sanyo 7400 will be good enough for me to be happy with.

Disenchanted - since you seem to be in a good mood for dropping hints, is there any chance of seeing the Treo 650 here at any stage?

I would be open to the idea of upgrading to a smartphone at some stage in the future, but I'm a bit wary of the Pocket PC OS because of the problems that I have had with desktop versions of Windows (once bitten, yada, yada, yada).

A smartphone running PalmOS or Symbian would therefore definitely be of interest to me.

We will possibly see the Treo650 on CDMA, but no firm plans. Expect to see (hopefully) the Samsung i500 (i think thats the right model), or i600 (Windows Smartphone i think). Sorry, thats all I know on that topic.

I have only had really good experiences with MS powered portable devices, and have had some serious trouble with Palm. (Although Im sure there are lots of people who have had the exact opposite). I just find Windows mobile so much more user freindly and usable on a day to day basis.

I hear that the Treo 600 is going to be out in NZ. A stop gap until we get the 650?
