After Wednesday 27th July you will be able to send and receive photo messages to and from 021 and 029 mobiles! As an introductory offer you can send Photo Messages to friends on 021 and 029 for just 20 cents until 31 August 2005.

that link now states

"Note: Photo Messages from a Telecom Mobile cannot be received by international mobile numbers, mobile phones on other networks or customers who are roaming overseas. "
