Please before you spend more time trying this imported handset get your SIM in a PXT (MMS) phone and send a PXT and then come back to this handset.

This will show that everthing is fine on the VF network side, If you put your SIM into a handset that you know works fine and then you put your SIM in and it does not work you know then to contact VF and get them to look into your setup on the network. (MMSC) and GPRS but you advised MSN works fine so I would say its not a GPRS issue.

Jasper: Ok but what is it ment to do?
Hello Jasper... johnr really needs to confirm that your SIM card can successfully send and receive MMS, and the easiest way to test this is to using your SIM on a phone that you know is already sending/receiving ok.

So you just need to borrow a phone that the owner can send/receive MMS, swap the SIM cards and send a MMS to your own number. If the Vodafone configuration is ok then you should send/receive this MMS ok.

Doing this he can then spend some more time in the spv c500 configuration without having to worry about the network side - otherwise it coulde be a million different things not working.
