mylogon: I actually asked Sprint, Nextel (before the merger) and Cingulair. They either charge nothing or a flat fee (under $100 per month). It took a long time to even reach the right person to ask at each company.... The T1 or T3 line is the cost to connect to them - but most can even use dial-up.
