I was in Auckland most of the week, and just got home Friday night. This was waiting for me:

It launches 7 November on Spark. It's (obviously) a 3G version. Nice screen. USB charging, only 32MB memory but microSD card slot available. Also camera and FM radio. And Snake.

Does anyone know if it'll work with Skinny?

Anyone know if the 3G (Spark and Skinny) version can be used for tethering data via USB cable (not bluetooth)?

Nope, only storage or charging.
